On our Wedding Anniversary we remember those gone before we were married, but never forgotten, and those special people in our lives lost since our wedding day.

This year to celebrate our special day, we drove to Silloway Maple for a yummy maple creemee to share with Peeka (who says she's not a dog), and a scrumptious maple Hot Fudge Sundae—our first ice-cream sundae in over 25 years! Then twin lobsters, one for me one for Ray. With Ray allergic to lobster, I managed, over two days, to eat both of my favorite food.

Ray and I are grateful for our health, our never-a-dull-moment journey with our farm, our Shat Acres Highland cattle, Highland House Farm Stay, and time together everyday side by side doing our best to protect, promote and share the Highland breed, produce humanely and ethically raised Greenfield Highland Beef, and practice regenerative agricultural practices to improve soil and water quality. We are thankful for family, friends, and visitors who travel this path with us, and for those who live on eternally in our hearts.
